OUR STORY
The Socman Group was founded by Bart Bordelon. Bart began his Recruiting career in 2001, grew an extremely successful practice for another firm and eventually decided to break away create his own company. He is the President & Managing Partner of Socman; overseeing all services that the search firm offers: CV & Cardiology Services, Perioperative & Surgical Services, Critical Care & ER Services, and C-Suite Solutions. He still maintains his status as the Senior Recruiter and works the business from the grass roots as he has always done. He enjoyed quickly becoming one of the nation's most recognized CV Search Consultants and has received great appreciation for the impact he has made in Healthcare search.
